Jeju International Airport (CJU) in South Korea is well-connected to various Asian countries, and there are direct flights from many Asian cities to Jeju. Therefore, checking with airlines or travel websites for the most current flight options is always best.
Jeju International Airport – International Terminal
* Please note that the availability of direct flights from these cities to Jeju may be subject to change. Visitors might want to consider using LCCs as CJU offers a wide array of flight options operated by LCCs.
Arriving at Incheon International Airport, you will go through immigration and customs procedures if you are coming from an international destination.
After going through immigration, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your checked-in luggage. Make sure to follow the signs for the appropriate carousel for your flight.
To get to Gimpo Int’l Airport(Domestic), take an airport limousine bus or AREX (Airport Railroad train) or taxi.
Incheon airport – Public Transportation
Arriving at Gimpo Int’l Airport(Domestic), take a flight to Jeju Int’l Airport.
How to move from ICN airport to GMP airport

AREX (Airport Railroad Express)

The AREX is a convenient and efficient way to travel between the two airports.
Route: Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 (or Terminal 2) to Gimpo International Airport.
Travel Time: Approximately 33 minutes.
Cost: Around 3,750 KRW for the All-Stop Train. The Express Train does not stop at Gimpo.
Frequency: Trains run frequently, about every 10-15 minutes.
Payment: You can use cash, credit card, or T-money card to purchase tickets.
Steps: Follow the signs for the AREX at Incheon International Airport. Purchase a ticket
Ticket Machines: Located near the entrance to the AREX platforms. These machines accept cash, credit cards, and T-money cards.
Ticket Counters: You can also purchase tickets at manned counters if you prefer to pay in person or need assistance.
Purchase a ticket for the All-Stop Train to Gimpo International Airport.
Board the train and alight at Gimpo International Airport Station.

Limousine Bus

Travel Time: Approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Cost: Around 8,000 KRW.
Frequency: Buses run every 20-30 minutes.

Look for the ticket counters for the limousine bus.
Purchase a ticket to Gimpo International Airport (credit cards accepted).
Find the bus stop for your bus and board the bus.
Alight at Gimpo International Airport.
How to get to ICC JEJU
From Jeju Int’l Airport, you will reach ICC JEJU in approximately 40~50 minutes by car. Limousine buses are available every 15 minutes at the airport.

How to use public buses on Jeju
Jeju buses are transitioning to a cashless system. The cashless bus system will operate as a pilot program until the end of September, with full implementation starting in October 2024.
Passengers can pay using a transportation card (e.g., T-money card), which can be purchased and recharged at convenience stores.

Free T-Money Transportation Card for IEA 2024 Participants!
The T-money card is a widely used transportation card in Korea. The IEA 2024 Secretariat is pleased to offer participants a complimentary T-money card (charging required). You can pick it up at the IEA 2024 information desk at Jeju Airport (available only during the operation period) or at the registration desk at the venue.
1. Getting the Card

Pick up your IEA 2024 T-money card at Jeju Airport. Each participant will receive one T-money card.
1) International participants: You can receive a T-money card by visiting the IEA 2024 information desk at Jeju Airport and presenting your passport and registration information.
After the information desk closed (Aug 27~), you can get it at the registration desk in the congress venue.
2) Korean participants: You can receive a T-money card by visiting the registration desk at the confress venue.

2. Adding Money to the Card
Convenience Stores
: Follow these steps to charge your card at CU, GS25, 7-Eleven, and other major convenience stores.
1. Visit the Counter: Take your T-money card to the cashier. 2. Request Charge: Tell the cashier that you want to charge your T-money card. You can say "T-money 충전해주세요" (Please charge my T-money).. 3. Specify Amount: Specify the amount you want to add to the card. The minimum charge amount is typically 1,000 KRW. 4. Pay: Pay the specified amount in cash or by credit/debit card. 5. Confirm: The cashier will charge and return your card along with a receipt. Confirm the balance on the receipt or ask the cashier to check the balance.
3. Using the Card
Bus: Tap your card when you get on and off the bus.
Taxi: Some taxis accept T-money for payment.
4. Checking the Balance
